Job Title: Industrial Fan Fitter – Custom Fans & Blowers

We are a manufacturer of custom industrial fans and blowers, currently seeking a skilled Fan Fitter to assemble, install, align, and maintain industrial fans. You will work with various fan units, blowers, and ductwork to ensure optimal air circulation and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble, fit, and tack weld industrial fans, blowers, and ventilation systems.
- Fitters must have great attention to detail because their work entails a lot of focus and precise measurements. Attention to detail is also helpful when it comes to avoiding mistakes in construction or miscalculations in measuring, cutting, and assembling structural components or mechanical systems. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specs.
- Ensure all tasks follow local safety regulations and CWB guidelines.
- Technical skills and knowledge are essential for Fitters. Firstly, they must know how to correctly and safely operate and maintain heavy machinery and tools. Fitters are also required to understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.



Familiarity with every aspect of the job helps Fitters complete their tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a mechanical fitter, welder, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and basic welding codes.
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Comfortable working in shop or in varied industrial environments.
- High school diploma or recognized trade certification.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

- Experience painting HVAC components, heavy equipment, or fabricated metal parts

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
