- Operate and repair boilers and exhaust systems
- Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures safely
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Document repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Respond to and assist with emergency alarms
Requirements:
- Two-year technical degree preferred but not required
- At least 18 years old with prior maintenance experience
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of maintenance practices and safety protocols
- Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
