Elevate your career as the SAP FI-CA & Mexico Localization Lead with Element. This role focuses on compliance and regulatory requirements within SAP, specifically for Mexico, while collaborating closely with the IT team.

As a proactive skilled, you will design and validate Mexico-specific requirements using SAP FICA while addressing DRC and CFDI needs. Reporting directly to the Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring a compliant, production-ready solution tailored for Mexican regulations. Your unique expertise will directly influence the success of the MX FICA program.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own SAP configuration for Mexico's regulatory requirements • Lead DRC configuration and CFDI e-invoicing processes • Validate IVA tax determination and withholding mechanisms • Design compliance-focused SQL test scenarios • Work with system integrators for DRC defect resolution

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 6+ years SAP experience, 8+ in FICA • Hands-on DRC implementation for Mexico • Proficiency in DIOT and SAT reporting • Knowledge of Mexico tax framework within SAP
