Key Responsibilities:
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops effectively
• Harvest and load crates of farm produce
• Clean and maintain work areas regularly
• Operate farm machinery and report issues
• Prepare and mix soils for planting
Requirements:
• Capability to manage physical tasks independently
• Ability to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Solid team collaboration skills
• Punctual with a positive mindset
• Experience in agricultural settings preferred
