As a Custodian, you will support the Facilities Management team by ensuring cleanliness and security in the school. Responsibilities include performing routine cleaning, setting up for events, and handling minor repairs. You will also assist students and staff and report maintenance needs promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the facility
• Secure the building by locking windows and doors
• Assist in the setup and takedown of equipment for events
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like painting and minor repairs
• Monitor heating and cooling system functions
Requirements:
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
