This full-time role, based in Toronto, is ideal for someone with superb communication and interpersonal skills, who is highly motivated, has a fine eye for detail and technical accuracy, and can juggle multiple tasks and deliverables.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry to deliver customized solutions to Eckler’s growing client base across Canada.To help support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Group Benefits Practice. This position would most likely appeal to group insurance underwriters or those with technical group advantages experience who wish to apply their skills and knowledge to help clients directly and to see the impact of their work in real life.This posting is for an existing vacancy that we are actively seeking to fill.Roles and Responsibilities:Have the opportunity to work on or specialize in plans in multiple sectors including corporate, trusteed and public sectorWork collaboratively with other consultants and other members of the teamManage day-to-day assigned work and ad hoc projectsDevelop and work with various pricing and modelling scenariosHave the ability to work with the various group insurance carriers in the Canadian marketplaceHave experience with group insurance renewals, financials,
