You will manage and expand a diverse portfolio of donors, crafting personalized strategies that align with Breakthrough T1D’s mission. Your expertise in moves management and donor engagement will play a pivotal role in advancing our goal of curing type 1 diabetes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow major donor portfolio through cultivation
Develop and execute donor strategies aligned with campaign objectives
Lead moves management to enhance donor engagement
Deliver personalized stewardship for transformational gifts
Collaborate with the major gifts team for prospect strategies Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of progressive fundraising leadership
Bilingual in French and English essential
Proven success with major gift fundraising
Solid data analysis and strategic planning skills
