Lead infrastructure security initiatives at Kepler Communications as a Senior Infrastructure Security Specialist. Reporting to the VP of Information Security & CISO, you’ll partner with diverse teams to mitigate security risks while ensuring compliance with regulated environments. Your expertise will strengthen our security posture and support our innovative space connectivity mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide security expertise for cloud and network systems
- Develop secure configuration and hardening standards




- Own the vulnerability management program at Kepler
- Enhance SIEM and security monitoring capabilities
- Support incident investigations across environments

Requirements:

- 7+ years in cybersecurity focused on infrastructure security
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools
- Strong communication skills for technical recommendations
- Ability to maintain a Government of Canada security clearance
