Post training, the Sales Representative will earn commissions and subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission. ~ Car allowance, fuel card and company cell phone benefits available. ~80% Driving Travel Required: This role requires the ability to drive to and from customer locations across the assigned sales territory.
Some overnight stays may be required. ~ The Sales Rep is responsible for managing relationships with clients and driving revenue growth by selling products or services. They act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions,
and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role involves prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing and customer support to deliver value.
They also analyze sales data and market trends to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate recent business. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting revenue targets. Maintain records and report on sales activities using CRM tools or other systems. Complies with all policies and standards 1-3 years of Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience. ~ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. ~ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships. ~ Capable of managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
