We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for a friendly and dependable person for our front counter, the first voice and face our customers meet.

Duties

- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote our products and services
- Assist in-house customers with parts, products, and general inquiries
- Process sales and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase customer engagement
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and solutions tailored to client needs
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns,



and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals

Qualifications

- Previous experience in inside sales is preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in English
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team workplace
- Valid driver's license required
