You'll engage globally with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses, including instructor-led sessions and eLearning. Collaborate closely with the Training Program Manager and your team to ensure transparent communication and impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical training courses and curricula
- Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths
- Interview Subject Matter Experts for content creation
- Recommend evolving training methods and best practices
- Gather and analyze feedback on training effectiveness Requirements:
