Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch support to customers and tenants
• Assist with property gift card facilitation
• Administer the lost and found program
• Offer directions and assistance to shoppers
• Manage incoming calls and emails effectively
Requirements:
• Completed Secondary School or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service background
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred
• Understanding or willingness to learn Health & Safety standards
