Key Responsibilities: • Carry out highway maintenance operations during seasonal shifts • Manage sanding, plowing, and traffic control tasks • Assist in equipment and vehicle maintenance as needed • Perform emergency response and right-of-way upkeep • Execute additional duties as required
Requirements: • Valid DZ license; AZ license preferred • Proven experience in highway maintenance • Punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts • Capable of physical labor and emergency tasks • Compliance with drug screening and satisfactory driving record
