In this full time role, you will direct the Finance team, including providing mentorship to financial staff. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the month-end close process, validating payroll entries, and delivering financial reports. Collaborate closely with the Director, Finance & Risk to supply responsive financial services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day Finance team operations and mentoring
• Approve month-end close processes and reconciliations
• Review payroll entries from Human Resources
• Enhance internal control frameworks and contracts
• Prepare variance analysis and financial insights monthly
Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Degree or diploma in accounting or finance
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven team management and prioritization abilities
