Join Yellowhead County as a Community Outreach Coordinator to lead social service programs for seniors and vulnerable residents. Reporting to the FCSS Supervisor, you will coordinate community outreach initiatives, including senior’s support and public education workshops.

In this impactful position, you will develop programs like the Volunteer Income Tax Program and support the Home Support Program, ensuring services are effectively delivered to Yellowhead County residents. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver community workshops focused on social needs
Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource inventory




Evaluate and coordinate preventative programming in the area
Collaborate with community organizations and agencies
Prepare and present reports to the FCSS board Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Human Services or related field
Two years’ experience in social services preferred
Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
