Job type: Contract(12 Months) - High possibility of Extension Pay : CAD $55 /Hour Job Description: End-to-end test plans, scenarios, cases, execution results, and defect logs for omni-channel journeys. Validation of data flows, eligibility rules, personalization, channel delivery, and customer journey behavior. Evidence of testing and release-readiness across relevant campaign systems, channels, and dependencies. Defect tracking, remediation validation, and final QA sign-off support. QA documentation and handover materials to support repeatability and continuity. Duties of the Position Test full omni-channel journeys across data flows, eligibility rules, personalization logic, and delivery paths. Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios based on requirements, journey design, campaign rules, and platform configuration. Validate that audience selection, suppression, exclusions, timing, personalization, content, and channel delivery behave as expected. Identify, document, prioritize, and retest defects across systems and handoffs. Work with journey builders, developers, technical leads, business analysts, content designers, copywriters, andstakeholders to resolve issues.



Support release readiness by documenting results, risks, open issues, and sign-off status. Contribute to QA standards, checklists, and knowledge transfer materials. Skills and Experience Required Experience testing end-to-end digital, CRM, marketing automation, or omni-channel customer journeys. Robust understanding of QA methods, test case design, defect management, regression testing, and release readiness. Ability to validate data flows, eligibility logic, personalization, sequencing, channel behavior, and campaign delivery. Familiarity with SFMC, Data Cloud, AEP, AJO, AEM, Braze, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, or similar campaign/data platforms is preferred based on the platforms named in the role and program context. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work across business and technical teams. Ability to work on-shore, because the file states this role is on-shore only and does not have a near-shore rate published. Ability to support high first-pass accuracy and quality expectations that are tracked at the individual resource level.
