The Custodial Services team is essential to providing well-kept living and working spaces for students and staff at the main campus. This role is temporary and part-time with a commitment of 24 hours each week. Candidates are expected to represent the University’s values and mission while ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain assigned residential and guest areas
• Manage waste collection and surface tidiness
• Use ergonomic tools for efficient cleaning
• Ensure facilities are well-stocked and hygienic
• Follow safety protocols for equipment and materials
Requirements:
• At least Grade 10 education; Grade 12 preferred
• Minimum of one year in custodial roles
• Proficient in operating cleaning equipment
• Physical capability for diverse cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of safely handling hazardous materials
