- Oversee employer-sponsored visa and mobility programs.
- Develop resources for Team Members' internal moves.
- Track visa applications and ensure timely processing.
- Partner with teams on relocation and mobility needs.
- Evaluate and enhance program performance.
Requirements:
- Five years’ experience in immigration or mobility.
- Proficiency with J-1, H-2B, and TFWP programs.
- Solid administrative skills with meticulous attention.
- Ability to communicate complex processes clearly.
- Comfort in a player-coach operational role.
