Elevate hardware production efficiency with Haply as an Inventory and Procurement Specialist tasked with purchasing, inventory tracking, and supply chain execution. Your hands-on role ensures parts are available on time and to specification. In this intermediary position at Haply Robotics, you will directly support production by managing daily purchasing and tracking over 500 SKUs.

You'll bridge engineering and supply chain operations, executing POs and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your contribution is vital for both immediate production needs and future growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily purchase orders and maintain ERP records
- Perform monthly physical inventory audits for accuracy




- Coordinate with suppliers on order statuses and quality issues
- Update supply chain source documentation regularly
- Track shipping timelines and resolve concerns with manufacturers

Requirements:

- 2–4 years in purchasing or inventory management
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Odoo
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Bilingual in French and English; Mandarin a plus
