Become a key player in capital project management with Opta's engineering team. This Analyst role focuses on project execution, budget tracking, and collaboration across multiple manufacturing facilities. As a Project Management Analyst, you will report to the Director of Engineering.

Collaborating closely with Plant Managers and Finance teams, your role involves establishing project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure effective execution. You will utilize project management tools, including MS Project, to develop crucial documentation and support procurement activities. Key Responsibilities:
Support all phases of capital projects execution across sites
Develop project business cases and financial justifications




Track project performance metrics and identify potential risks
Collaborate with teams on project scope and resource needs
Maintain CapEx tracking tools and project dashboards Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
5 years of project management or engineering experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas
Experience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling software
Solid understanding of PMI project management principles Enhance project visibility and efficiency as a Project Management Analyst at Opta.
