Job Title: IT Service Management & Analytics Specialist Montreal, QC Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD 55-60/hour Incorporated Robust experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platforms. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience analyzing operational, service, and performance data.

Proven ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and management-level operational insights. Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence and analytics tools. Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills across multiple teams.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, risk, control, audit, and business teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
