SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Robust analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience analyzing operational, service, and performance data.
- Proven ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and management-level operational insights.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence and analytics tools.
- Strong project coordination,



stakeholder management, and organizational skills across multiple teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, risk, control, audit, and business teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
