This is a contract position requiring collaboration and effective problem-solving within a gaming context. Offer remote and on-site support for users via various communication methods

- Resolve hardware malfunctions for printers and gaming consoles
- Assist in software installations and manage arising challenges Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support
- Familiarity with hardware used in gaming studios
- Understanding of Windows environments and PC configurations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 applications
