- Lead engineering teams on overhead transmission line projects
- Ensure compliance with NESC, IEEE, and utility standards




- Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions

- Support client engagement and proposal development

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in transmission line engineering
- Degree in Structural, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific tools like AutoCAD
