The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersonsfor major repairs. The candidate must perform security and safety checks. The candidate must supervise other workers.

The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. The candidate must clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. The candidate must clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.

Job Requirements The candidate should be fluent in English language. The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation. Candidate having experience is an asset.
