You will work closely with the People & Talent Manager, helping to implement HR processes and ensure compliance across Canada. Your expertise will support ongoing development and improve employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain offer letters and job descriptions
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for recent employees
- Assist with recruitment tasks and administrative duties




- Support performance management and employee relations
- Prepare HR documentation and maintain records

Requirements:

- 2+ years of HR generalist experience required
- Diploma or certificate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in employment laws and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, Dayforce is a plus
