This position demands strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to minimizing downtime. Working alongside other trades teams, you will help enhance our operational capabilities while adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement preventative maintenance on all plant equipment
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures quickly




- Facilitate installation and repairs of machinery
- Work within food safety guidelines in all tasks
- Collaborate with trades teams for project success

Requirements:

- Must possess a Millwright journeyperson ticket
- Experience in a rapid-paced food environment preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Effective in completing computer-based work orders
