You'll work Monday through Friday, creating engaging activities that support holistic growth in a respectful environment. Adapting to varying shifts will be crucial as the needs of our children evolve. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and lead educational activities for diverse age groups
- Build strong relationships with the children and families
- Observe and document children’s progress
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in childcare or educational roles
- Flexibility to meet operational needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for nurturing young minds
- First Aid and CPR certification beneficial
