Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to building and renovation projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members in office. This role would also work into being in charge of any red seal apprentices.

Duties

- Assist in the construction/renovation of residential and commercial buildings, including framing, drywall, millwork installation, and finishing work.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Having your own tools is an asset.

- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring that all materials are stored properly.

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.





- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

- Reliable transportation required, as we work throughout the city .

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Skills​

- 3-5 years experience.

- Experience in baseboards/casings, door installation, framing, boarding, millwork installation are an asset.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the day.

- Able to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure efficiently.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
