RECENT COMPANY!!! Fountainhead Home Services is launching!, and we're looking for an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber to be one of the first technicians on our residential team.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong residential service experience, focusing on plumbing repair and replacement, hot water systems, drains, gas, and home comfort equipment across houses and multi-family condo buildings.

We are hiring a Service Plumber who takes pride in their craft, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to help set the standard for a new residential company backed by an established commercial mechanical contractor.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and repair residential and multi-family condo plumbing systems
- Complete plumbing service, maintenance, and replacement work
- Troubleshoot water supply and drainage issues
- Repair and replace faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, zone valves, and piping
- Install and service hot water tanks and tankless water heaters
- Perform drain cleaning and drain inspection/scoping
- Complete gas-related work within your certification
- Assist with HVAC service where your experience and qualifications allow: furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and hydronic systems
- Provide homeowners with explicit repair and replacement options
- Document service work accurately using our digital systems
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and teammates

Who We're Looking For

Journeyman Plumbers

- Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumbing Certification, or interprovincial Red Seal
- Dual-ticket applicants with refrigeration certification will receive a premium on top of their hourly wage
- 5+ years of residential or multi-family service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver's licence with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently in customers' homes

Strong assets: residential HVAC service, furnace and air conditioning troubleshooting, hydronic heating and boilers, gasfitting, tankless water heaters, drain cleaning and camera inspection, residential retrofit and replacement work.
