We are looking for a skilled lawyer dedicated to advancing clinical legal education at Queen's Business Law Clinic. The Review Counsel will lead law students through practical learning experiences, assisting with legal documentation and community service initiatives. Candidates should possess strong corporate/commercial legal skills and a commitment to supporting student development.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide student caseworkers in legal service delivery • Assess and provide feedback on student work • Maintain direct oversight of client legal files • Engage in community outreach and legal education • Develop curriculum to enhance student learning

Requirements: • Juris Doctor or LL.B. with Law Society of Ontario membership • A minimum of three years of experience in corporate law • Proficient in communication and skilled standards • Teaching background and supervision experience preferred • Familiarity with community legal resources is beneficial
