Drive strategic reinsurance initiatives for profitable outcomes
Monitor mortality slippage with cooperative underwriters
Manage all reinsurance RFP processes effectively
Negotiate pricing and treaty execution with reinsurers
Support Risk Committee and Board reporting on reinsurance Requirements:
University degree in actuarial science
FSA/FCIA designation with 7+ years of experience
Solid knowledge of insurance and reinsurance products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
