You'll assess residents, document care meticulously, and participate actively in interdisciplinary teamwork. Safety is paramount, and you will work to minimize risks within the setting while advocating for resident needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough resident nursing assessments and prioritize care
Document nursing interventions adhering to policy standards
Ensure safety guidelines are followed in the care setting




Advocate for resident choices in team meetings
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff Requirements:
Graduated from an accredited Nursing program with BSN
At least 1 year experience preferred, Gerontology focused
Excellent observation and communication skills
Must hold current CPR certification
