As a key member of the BGIS team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on various mechanical equipment. This role requires at least three years of hands-on experience and a commitment to safety and compliance with environmental standards. Your expertise in maintaining HVAC systems will directly impact the efficiency and integrity of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structured inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems • Ensure compliance with internal and external safety regulations • Respond promptly to service requests and maintenance needs • Assist in enhancing tenant satisfaction through quality service • Participate in facility-related projects and initiatives
Requirements: • High school diploma along with relevant trades training • Three years of experience in facility maintenance • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) • Solid communication and mentoring skills • Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergencies
