We are a supportive, team-oriented dental practice in NW Calgary seeking a Junior Dental Assistant (RDA) and a Junior Administrative Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their dental career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both the clinical and administrative sides of patient care.
We are open to training the right candidate and will provide a supportive setting to help you build confidence and skills in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical (Chairside/Back Office):
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Sterilization and infection control
- Room setup and turnover
- Support with patient care and education
Administrative (Front Office):
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Appointment scheduling and confirmation
- Insurance coordination and billing
- Handling phone and email inquiries
