You will address IT-related incidents, track service requests, and assist in deploying new technology systems. Your goal will be to facilitate ongoing business operations seamlessly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily technical support for logistics systems
- Serve as the main contact for IT assistance in DC
- Track and resolve incidents using ticketing systems
- Assist in configuring and deploying new systems
- Monitor and respond to data center alarms

Requirements:

- Experience in technical support, preferably in logistics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 systems
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage technology asset inventory
