The Kenora Catholic District School Board is seeking a dynamic Student Regulation and Engagement Lead. Shape behavioral interventions and enhance student well-being in Kenora, Ontario. In this permanent position, you'll lead the implementation of trauma-informed practices and evidence-based support initiatives across the Board.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to mentor staff, design training programs, and strengthen inclusive educational frameworks, ensuring every student thrives academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee behavioral support program implementation across KCDSB
- Deliver crisis intervention and behavior management training
- Develop capacity in principals, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams




- Facilitate professional learning on trauma-informed care and self-regulation
- Monitor effectiveness of behavioral initiatives through data analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree relevant to Education or Behavioral Sciences
- Demonstrable ABA service experience with diverse learning needs
- Proven ability to implement inclusive learning practices
- Solid project management and relationship-building skills
- Effective communication with school and community stakeholders
