As the Talent Director at Kensington Grey, you will cultivate inclusive growth for creators in a hybrid work workplace. Influence their careers and management for success in the creator economy. You will be responsible for leading the talent strategy and relationship management at Kensington Grey.
Through collaboration with internal teams, you'll cultivate relationships with high-impact creators, manage onboarding and performance, and develop engagement strategies. Daily activities include resolving issues and enhancing team efficiency while ensuring creators secure lucrative opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a creative team of Talent Managers
- Develop engaging talent growth plans
- Oversee performance metrics for talent success
- Redirect new talent vetting processes for alignment
- Guide cross-functional collaborations for opportunity alignment Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in influencer or talent management
- 3+ years in a leadership role at an agency
- Proven track record of high-value deal negotiations
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
