Develop/retain key talent
Collaborate w/Sales Mgr & GM on key accounts
Execute branch business, sales & marketing plans
Manage annual goals/budgets, branch reputation, values & vision
Manage staffing & employee development
Build/maintain relationships with internal/external partners
Oversee branch maintenance, security & appearance YOU HAVE - Education in Business, Marketing or related field, education/exp may be considered




3+ years mgmt experience in increasingly responsible roles
Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of ag industry, John Deere/competitive products
Willingness to work flexible hours & travel as needed
Valid drivers license YOU ARE - Results-oriented, strong work ethic, customer focused
Positive attitude, empathetic
Self-aware, high level of EQ
Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
