Responsibilities
Use appropriate cleaning tools and equipment to wash down barn interiors, including walls, floors, stalls, and feeding areas
Apply cleaning solutions safely and effectively to eliminate dirt, manure, dust, and other debris
Perform heavy lifting of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials as needed to facilitate thorough cleaning processes
Maintain proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with farm protocols
Inspect barn structures and equipment for any maintenance needs or safety hazards during cleaning routines




Follow all safety procedures related to the use of cleaning chemicals and heavy machinery
Assist with basic maintenance or minor repairs on farm machinery or equipment when required

Experience
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with farm machinery is preferred to understand equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding workplace
Prior experience in agricultural settings or farm-related roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety standards
