- Create visual quality standards and reference guides
- Manage the Quality Audit Checklist and scoring system
- Identify at-risk properties and execute recovery plans




- Conduct property inspections and provide ongoing feedback
- Track quality trends and report findings to leadership

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in commercial landscaping or related field
- Solid plant knowledge and pest control awareness
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
