We are looking for new team members. Want to get paid well? Looking for a change?! Landscaping, Excavation and Property Services company is seeking a Full Time Landscaping Maintenance and property services team member.

We are primarily a commercial with some residential landscape services company but do other construction and property maintenance as well. As a small company, we like to have some fun day to day while providing services throughout the lower mainland. We prefer an experienced and hard working applicant but willing to train positive, honest workers to the skill level needed.

It would be a plus if this applicant has experience with a truck and trailer setup. This applicant would also be willing to learn and work a plow truck for the snow plowing season.(pay is double for snow work) The right individual likes to work all hours when required, not just sit in the company truck.



They can perform unsupervised and is willing to take on all of our services to clients, including; some pressure washing, minor litter pickup, heavy lifting, some ladder work, eventually willing to learn a heavy machine, take direction day to day. (We are looking for long-term team player not just seasonal labour).

The right individual could eventually be assigned a assigned company truck year round depending on the role assigned, with proven trust and work ethic. An optional for salary vs hourly pay is an option upon proven skills and desire to stay on with our team.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
