We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for year-round outdoor work. This position covers spring/summer lawn care and landscaping, fall cleanups, and winter snow removal. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating specialized equipment, and having stable work through every season, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Spring / Summer / Fall: Mowing, line trimming, edging, weeding, planting, leaf collection, and operating power sweepers for lot.

Winter: Operating walk-behind and commercial snowblowers, hand shoveling, and applying ice melt/salt on commercial and residential properties. (On-call/overnight shifts required depending on snowfall).

Equipment Care: Safe operation and basic routine maintenance of power sweepers, snowblowers, mowers, and power tools.

Driving: Safely drive company trucks with equipment trailers to client sites.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License Required:



Must possess a valid Driver's License and provide a clean 3-year driver's abstract (driving record) prior to hiring.

Equipment Experience: Experience operating power sweepers, commercial snowblowers, or lawn maintenance machinery preferred ($18/hr starting for entry-level, up to $23/hr for experienced operators).

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy physical labor in all weather conditions (heat, rain, extreme cold, and snow) and lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Winter Availability: Must be reliable, punctual, and available on short notice / on-call for winter snow events (early mornings and overnights).

Schedule

Spring – Fall: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends depending on weather/workload).

Winter: Weather-dependent / On-call during snow events.
