Certified Lash Technician – Employment or Contract

Bella Vida Spa is looking for an experienced, certified Lash Extension Technician to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is confident in their work, professional, friendly and passionate about lashes. An existing clientele is strongly preferred, and we are open to discussing different working arrangements depending on your experience, clientele and what works best for both of us.

Employment Position – Preferred

Independent Contractor – Negotiable Already have a solid clientele and want more independence? We are open to discussing a flexible contractor arrangement, including a percentage-based structure rather than traditional employment.

This could work particularly well for an established lash artist who wants to work a few set days per week while maintaining more independence.

Terms, percentage and schedule would be negotiated based on the individual arrangement.
