Encore Canada is seeking a Technical Specialist to set up and run audiovisual systems for live events, reporting to the project team. You will ensure flawless execution, assist with pre-event planning, and support on-site during events.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, mentoring staff, and upholding safety standards in a hotel/convention center setting with irregular hours and lifting requirements.
