Your editorial leadership will drive impactful content through multiple internal channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Internal Communication, you'll oversee a talented communications team and facilitate strategic messaging across the organization.

By leveraging your storytelling abilities and managing the enterprise editorial calendar, you will ensure timely distribution of corporate news and maintain employee engagement through tailored content on our Intranet and newsletters. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the editorial planning and execution for internal channels
- Serve as managing editor for the Definity Connect intranet




- Partner with business leaders to develop internal success stories
- Create and distribute key corporate announcements
- Mentor and support a team of communications professionals

Requirements:

- 5-8 years in corporate or internal communications
- Excellent journalistic writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with content management systems and channels
- Proven ability to handle high-volume editorial calendars
- Solid understanding of digital communication effectiveness
