Part-Time Door Knocking Lead Generator

Pay: $17–$22/hour + $30 per qualified in-person estimate lead

Hours: Approximately 9 hours per week

Schedule: Weekday evenings, typically 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Door Knocking Lead Generators.

Your job is simple: visit homes in assigned neighbourhoods, introduce our company and services, and identify homeowners who are interested in receiving an in-person estimate.

You do not need to sell the service or book the appointment. Your role is to generate qualified leads and connect interested homeowners with our team.

Responsibilities

- Door knock in assigned residential neighbourhoods
- Introduce our company and services to homeowners
- Have friendly conversations with homeowners
- Identify homeowners who are interested in an in-person estimate
- Collect the homeowner's contact information and relevant project details
- Pass qualified leads to our team




- Represent the company professionally

Compensation
- $17–$22/hour, based on experience
- +$30 for every qualified in-person estimate lead
- No closing or appointment-booking responsibilities

- Comfortable walking and working outdoors
- Self-motivated and positive
- Sales or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule Approximately 9 hours per week, with shifts during weekday evenings between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

This is a versatile part-time opportunity with the ability to increase your earnings through qualified leads.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
