We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and drive excellence in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installations. Duties

- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards
- Supervise and mentor a team of installers, providing guidance on technical procedures and best practices
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings for accurate system installation
- Perform complex installations involving plumbing, welding, boiler setup, and ductwork assembly
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues related to HVAC systems, appliances, or mechanical components
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to verify compliance with specifications and safety regulations




- Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, and any modifications made during installation

Skills

- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Construction experience with familiarity in building codes and safety protocols
- Mechanical or mechanic experience that supports complex system installation and repair tasks
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for system setup
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively
