About The Opportunity

- We are seeking an experienced Licensed Millwright / Maintenance Lead to oversee the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and infrastructure.

- Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role will lead maintenance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure optimal equipment performance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, including electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Install, align, dismantle, and service machinery such as pumps, motors, fans, and sensors.

- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure maintenance schedules are completed on time.

- Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs, parts procurement, and maintenance activities.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

- Support and lead maintenance staff while promoting safe work practices.





- Assist with planning and execution of plant improvement projects, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.

- Monitor equipment performance and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Licensed Millwright (required).

- Minimum 7 years of Millwright experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Minimum 5 years of machine maintenance experience.

- Minimum 5 years of CNC machine maintenance experience.

- Experience working in a tool shop environment preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial machinery and equipment.

- Knowledge of PLC controls is considered an asset.

- Welding experience (MIG, gas, and electrode welding) is an asset.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
