CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Specialist to act as the frontline liaison, building robust relationships with prospective and current residents and delivering leasing excellence. You will own the leasing process from inquiry through onboarding, while proactively monitoring vacancies and meeting leasing targets.

The role involves collecting payments, inspecting properties and coordinating moves and maintenance requests, with occasional evening and weekend hours to meet business needs.
